Donate Spells COC

With the update you can now donate spells in clash of clans, you can only donate spells in a level 4 clan castle
Here also are a few updates included:
- There will be a "safe zone" around the next button when searching enemy to avoid accidentally deploying troops when touched.
- You will be able to see what troops you had donated
- Dragon and balloon will have new levels.
