How to Fix Audio Delay when Recording or Streaming w/ OBS

If you are recording or streaming your game with OBS and the audio has a delay you can easily fix it by doing the following:
1. Open OBS
2. Click the gear icon of the Desktop Audio (Under Mixer)
3. Click on Properties
4. Uncheck "Use Device Timestamps"
What I was doing before to fix it is I am restarting my PC but after a few hours it will have the problem again. Turning off the Device Timestamps worked perfectly for me, the game sound is now synchronized.
