How to Recover Hacked Account or Forgotten Password

I will show you how to recover your account if your account has been hacked or stolen, and they changed the password. This tutorial is also applicable if you forgot your password and cannot log in.
It's easier if you have your email registered to garena and you can access your email account. To get your password back just do the following steps:
1. Go to garena website http://www.garena.ph/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow.
2. Click on Login at the top right.
3. Click on "Forgot Password?".
4. Fill up the forms (email and username) and click on Reset.
If you forgot your email or password click on the Account Retrieval link and fill up the forms there.
5. You will receive a password reset on your email.
But if you didn't verify your email on your garena account or you cannot open your email you can do this instead:
1. Email them at account@garena.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow. Tell them to reset your password for your account.
2. You will receive an email containing your Ticket#.
3. You might wait for 1-2 days for them to reply.
4. You should reply to the ticket before 5 days or else it will be closed, email them again at account@garena.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow if you failed to reply to the ticket in 5 days.
5. Once the Customer Support replies, provide all the required information to prove that you really own the account. If you will not give the correct information, you might not get your account recovered.
