In this tutorial, I will teach you how to increase FPS or Framerate Per Second in the game Crossfire.

Before anything else you should know that your FPS will depend on how fast your computer is, not the internet. By that meaning, you should make sure that your PC meets the recommended specs to run CF smoothly.

Here are the recommended Computer hardware specs to play CF:

CPU: Pentium 4 - 2 GHz
CPU SPEED: 2 GHz
RAM: 1 GB
OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista And Windows 7
VIDEO CARD: GeForce 6600 Or Equivalent Class
PIXEL SHADER: 3.0
VERTEX SHADER: 3.0
SOUND CARD: Yes
FREE DISK SPACE: 1.2 GB
DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 128 MB

If your computer has these specs and you still experience low FPS while playing CrossFire, the following might be the problem (I also added solutions):

1. Your computer hard drive is full - try to free some space.
2. So many programs are running - close other programs that are running in the background especially other games.
3. Your PC might be full of unused programs or even viruses - you might need to reformat your Computer.

You can post a reply below if you are still having low FPS in CF, I might be able to help you :)
