Can GeForce GTX 650 Play CS GO?

I have a GTX 650 Video card and it can play counter strike go but with the lowest settings, it's even laggy a bit in other maps. My PC specs by the way Intel i7 2600k, 8GB RAM.
I still need to upgrade my GPU to play this game lol
